⚈ Visitor Entrance: The entrance for visitors is located at Valide Gate, at the end of Serence Bey Slope, in front of Hamidiye Mosque.

⚈ Operating hours: Yildiz Palace is open every from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (18:00) except Wednesdays.

⚈ As a mark of respect, please dress modestly, given the site's historical and cultural significance.

⚈ The palace grounds feature beautiful gardens, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

⚈ To reach Yıldız Palace, you can use public transportation. The nearest tram station is in Beşiktaş, from where a short bus or taxi ride will get you there. Alternatively, it’s a pleasant stroll from the Beşiktaş waterfront.

⚈ The palace is wheelchair accessible, though some areas may have limited access. Efforts are ongoing to improve accessibility for all visitors.

⚈ The Sakal-i Sharif is located at the end of the Çit Kasr.

⚈ Animals, including asistance dogs are not allowed into the palace area.

⚈ Admission: Free for children under 6 and for disabled adults.

⚈ Access: All areas open to visitors can be accessed with a palace ticket.

⚈ Photography, touching historical artifacts, and bringing large bags (including suitcases and baby strollers) are not permitted.

⚈ Picnicking in the garden and walking on the grass are also prohibited.

⚈ Please refrain from bringing cutting tools or firearms into the palace.
