⚈ Admission 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from mid-July to end of August), except for occasional closures. Building closes at 5 p.m. (6 p.m. from mid-July to the end of August). Last admission 1 hour before closing time. Before your visit, visit operadeparis.fr.

⚈ For reasons linked to the theatre's activity, the auditorium is regularly inaccessible to visitors.

⚈ Even with pre-paid tickets, you may have to wait at the security check.

⚈ Entry to the Opéra Garnier is only valid for the day and time indicated. Please arrive at the time indicated for your entry, as any delay will mean that you are no longer guaranteed access.

⚈ Children must be accompanied by an adult.

⚈ The public areas of the Palais Garnier are accessible to people with reduced mobility (with the exception of the exhibition area and the shop).

⚈ All floors of the museum are accessible by lift.

⚈ Please remember to bring your IDs or passports with you to the Opéra Garnier.

⚈ The following objects/equipment are not permitted in the auditoriums or cloakrooms: luggage and travel bags, motorised or non-motorised personal transport equipment (except for people with reduced mobility), bicycle batteries, glass bottles, U-shaped padlocks, chains, weapons and ammunition of all categories, small pocket knives, any blunt object or object that can be used as a weapon, tools such as cutters, screwdrivers, hammers, pliers and pruning shears, truncheons, brass knuckles, incapacitating or tear-generating aerosols, flammable or volatile substances, etc.

⚈ Please note that the cloakrooms are not available for visitors in Palais Garnier.
